Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form; our servers do not retain a copy of that query. When you contact us, we use the contents of your message only to respond.
Routine Technical Data
The hosting service records standard log details such as an IP address, browser, requested pages, and time of access. Aggregate patterns help maintain the site and show which material is useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or comparable technology.
What We Do With This Data
Operating the site, fixing problems, counting traffic, improving pages. We do not sell visitor lists and we do not build profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may grant rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Georgia did not have a comprehensive statewide deletion regime in the official sources reviewed. Georgia Safe at Home, O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-150 et seq., and VoteSafe provide address protections for eligible people. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking contact mail and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Only the appropriate government custodian can address a public record held by a Georgia state, Cobb County, or Smyrna office.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
